About GYWL

Leadership alignment for the next generation.

Goshen Young Women in Leadership (GYWL) is a leadership development programme for young women aged 18–35 who are entering, transitioning into or preparing for professional and entrepreneurial leadership roles. The programme responds to structural challenges that can affect women's leadership progression, including authority contestation, limited visibility and participation in decision-making, role ambiguity, capability underestimation and barriers within leadership pathways. GYWL strengthens leadership identity, authority and decision-making confidence, strategic direction, analytical and communication capability, ethical leadership and understanding of organisational and governance environments.

It also prepares participants to navigate changing leadership contexts, including the growing influence of technology and AI on organisations, decision-making and governance. Participants are supported to develop the clarity, judgement, capability, resilience and leadership maturity required to assume greater responsibility and pursue sustainable long-term leadership progression.
