Enterprise & Entrepreneurship

Supporting enterprises beyond the idea.

Our enterprise programmes support entrepreneurs and MSMEs as they develop the strategic identity, leadership capability, organisational discipline, and resilience required for sustainable growth.

Enterprise Development

Pre-Incubation Support Programme

Goshen's Pre-Incubation Support Programme strengthens the strategic and leadership foundations early-stage enterprises need before entering formal incubation, market entry or pursuing further business development. The programme supports entrepreneurs to clarify their business vision, strengthen leadership and decision-making capability, validate their business model, understand their market and competitive environment, refine their value proposition and establish a differentiated market position.

It prepares enterprises to pursue incubation and growth opportunities with greater strategic clarity, readiness, resilience and capacity for sustainable growth.

Enterprise Strengthening

Post-Incubation Enterprise Strengthening Programme

Goshen's Post-Incubation Enterprise Strengthening Programme supports MSMEs transitioning from incubation into sustained growth and market expansion. The programme strengthens the leadership, strategy and organisational capability required to sustain and scale the enterprise beyond incubation. It helps enterprises refine their strategic direction, strengthen governance and leadership for growth, build organisational resilience, navigate changing market conditions, and position themselves for expanded market and value-chain participation.

It also strengthens the enterprise's readiness to engage effectively with clients, markets, strategic partners and other growth opportunities.
